Developing a focused digital presence for Pathfinder Ingredients that reflects the brand’s technical expertise, manufacturing scale and progressive approach to fermentation and functional ingredient innovation.

The website was designed to feel confident, specialist and commercially polished, while still keeping the user journey simple, clear and easy to navigate.

The visual direction uses a bold, dark interface with clean typography, soft teal accents and strong product-led imagery to create a look that feels both scientific and premium. Large product renders, structured content sections and clear category pathways help separate Pathfinder’s fermentation and functional ranges, making the site easy to understand for drinks producers, technical teams and commercial buyers.

Built in WordPress using Elementor Pro, the website gives Pathfinder a flexible platform that can grow with the business. Product pages, range sections, technical data sheet links and enquiry-led calls to action were structured to make the site practical from both a customer and internal management perspective, while still maintaining a strong visual identity throughout.

The build was also created with SEO in mind, with clear page structure, keyword-focused content areas, fast navigation and search-friendly product/category layouts. The project was delivered in collaboration with Smithy Graphics, who created the branding and packaging design, while De:strukt handled the full website design and WordPress/Elementor Pro development.
