Cut Above Meat is a modern halal butchery redefining tradition through craftsmanship and contemporary design. Since its inception, the brand has remained steadfast in its dedication to supplying an extensive range of HMC-certified Angus beef cuts, lamb, mutton and poultry.
Cut Above Meat approached us to redefine their brand from the ground up with a new name, visual identity and WooCommerce store. As a modern halal butcher, they wanted a brand that reflected both tradition and precision while standing confidently within a contemporary market.
Since their inception, Cut Above Meat has been dedicated to supplying a wide range of HMC-certified Angus beef cuts, lamb, mutton and poultry. Their commitment to sourcing only the finest ingredients has earned them a reputation for exceptional quality and flavour. Our challenge was to translate that same discipline of craft into a distinctive and memorable brand presence.
We created a visual identity that feels refined, modern and unapologetically confident. The use of Domaine, with its elegant serif forms, brings a sense of craftsmanship and authority, while the bold black and white palette keeps the brand sharp and timeless. From logo to tone of voice, every element was designed to reflect the brand’s ethos of being a cut above in every sense. The new WooCommerce store extends this thinking into the digital space, blending modern e-commerce functionality with the integrity and authenticity of a traditional butcher. The result is a brand that feels premium, purposeful and ready to lead the future of halal meat retail.
